     It's a new day and a new 365 days to go! Let's make these days count.

Steps To Weight Loss


  1. Make up in YOUR mind that you are ready and that you CHOOSE to live a healthier lifestyle. It is not all about weight loss. It is about living healthier.
  2. Devise a plan. Plan out what you hope to accomplish.
  3. Make realistic goals. Meaning if you are a size women's 22, do not plan to be a size 5 by the end of the year. Set small goals that are obtainable.
  4. Focus more on eating healthier instead of crash dieting. In my experience, crash dieting works but only for the starvation period. 
  5. Do not get discouraged!
