Steps To Weight Loss
- Make up in YOUR mind that you are ready and that you CHOOSE to live a healthier lifestyle. It is not all about weight loss. It is about living healthier.
- Devise a plan. Plan out what you hope to accomplish.
- Make realistic goals. Meaning if you are a size women's 22, do not plan to be a size 5 by the end of the year. Set small goals that are obtainable.
- Focus more on eating healthier instead of crash dieting. In my experience, crash dieting works but only for the starvation period.
- Do not get discouraged!
