Green Juices

Here are some juice recipes that have worked for us. Warning, these juice recipes include, of course, juice! If you are diabetic, or have problems with sugar tolerance, please consult with your doctor before trying juicing recipes! In no way are the people associated with this blog professionals nor are we offering professional opinions. 

You can try:
  • 2 large handfuls of kale
  • 1 green pear
  • 2 green apples.
The idea is to juice these fruits and vegetables. It may be best to juice the kale first as it has less juice than the other ingredients. The amount of juice that is extracted from kale may differ from juicer to juicer. I only advise that you do kale juice first so that you can keep track of the amount of kale juice. It is also helpful to juice and put juice in a measure cup to see how much of each product you have.

You can try:

  • 1 rib of celery ( 2 if you like)
  • kale (2 large handfuls or more to your liking)
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 pair.
Again, my suggestion is that you juice the kale first.
